Nail Salon Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction Welcome to Chic Nail & Lash Spa. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services at 1309 N University Dr. Coral Springs Fl 33071 . By booking an appointment or utilizing our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Chic Nail & Lash Spa’s services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Services Chic Nail & Lash Spa offers a range of nail care services, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. All services are provided by qualified professionals using high-quality products and equipment.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments can be made in person, by phone, or online through our website.
- We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of $20.
4. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may have their service time reduced or may need to reschedule their appointment to ensure we can serve all our clients effectively. We strive to accommodate late arrivals as best as possible, but this cannot always be guaranteed.
5. Health and Safety Clients are required to inform their nail technician of any health conditions, allergies, or concerns that may affect their service. Chic Nail & Lash Spa follows strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.
6. Payment Payment is due upon service completion. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Refund Policy We take pride in our service quality. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon. Adjustments may be offered at the salon’s discretion. Refunds are not typically provided for services rendered.
8. Personal Belongings Chic Nail & Lash Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings of clients while on the premises.
9. Children and Pets For safety and the relaxation of all clients, children and pets are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.
10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions Chic Nail & Lash Spa reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will govern our relationship with you and will always be available at the salon and on our website.
11. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Coral Springs, State of Florida, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
